Child Access and Visitation Program Grants
The Iowa Dpartment of Human Services, Bureau of Collections (Bureau) is requesting proposals from qualified private, not-for-profit agencies to provide services that facilitate non-custodial parent's acccess to and visitation with their children. The Bureau is looking for projects with experience that are prepared to begin providing services on July 1, 2008. All bidders must provide proof of their not-for-profit status. The issuing officer must receive final proposals no later than 3:00 pm (central time) on Wednesday, April 30, 2008.
Parental Obligation Pilot Grants
The Iowa Dpartment of Human Services, Bureau of Collections (Bureau) is requesting proposals from qualified Decategorization and Empowerment groups for pilot projects to provide services that help non-custodial parents meet their parental obligations and support their children both personally and financially when their children reside with the other parent. Projects may also work to avoid a disruption in the family relationship. The Bureau is looking for projects with experience that are prepared to begin providing services by July 1, 2008.
