Policy Manuals   This link takes you to the Department's policy manuals, which provide instructions for DHS employees and vendors under contract to DHS on how to administer DHS programs.

Rules  This link takes you to the Department's current and proposed rules,  the Rules Docket, a list of upcoming public hearings on proposed rules, and summaries of public comments on rules.

The Bureau of Policy Analysis and Appeals is responsible for processing the Department's rules, manuals, and forms.  The Bureau sends out a weekly e-mail announcement about changes published to the rules pages and the policy manuals.
